马汀令可公司将于2013年4月25-26日在上海举办最佳人机工程学实践的培训活动。

为什么需要参加本课程？

国外一些统计数据表明了与搬运，提升或操作相关的涉及人机工效类事故通常都占据各种事故的前几位。UK HSE 从2006 年至2011年的休工三天以上数据统计表明与搬运，提升或操作相关的事故平均达到总体事故的30％，而且每年都稳居首位。

国内虽未有此类统计，但与人机工效相关的肌肉骨络疾病（MSDs)正日益引起人们的关注，社会上也有将这类疾病列入职业病目录的呼声。

在此背景下，国内企业应该未雨绸缪，以国际事故统计数据为借鉴，在企业急性伤害事件得到有效控制之时，及时将重点转移到人机工效上来。国际上已有研究表明人机工效是除行为安全计划外最有效的安全工具，而且人机工效项目也能很好地提高了工人的生产率并有较高的资本回报率。

企业推进人机工效，并不一定需要有人机工程学专家的介入。国外和我们的实践表明，只要掌握了一定的知识，企业就可以发动一线员工，集思广益，通过一些小小的改进，就可以有效地控制人机工效风险，从而减少此类伤害。

本课程通过案例，练习等使学员掌握人机工效的改进方法和风险评估方法，实现独立开展人机工效项目的目标。

MARTIN LINKING is convening the Best Ergonomics Practices on 25th&26th April, 2013 in Shanghai.

Why do you need this course?

Some foreign statistics show that ergonomic accidents related to carrying, lifting or operation usually occupy the top of accidents. Statistics of UK HSE of absenting from work for more than three days from 2006 to 2011 show that carrying, lifting or operation related accidents averaging 30% of overall accidents, and ranks the first place every year.

Although there are no such statistics in domestic, but ergonomic related Musculoskeletal Diseases (MSDs) is received growing attention, the society also have calls to add this kind of disease on occupational disease directory.

Under this background, the domestic enterprises should take precautions to international accident statistics for reference, when effectively control acute injuries in the enterprise, focus should be shifted to ergonomic. International studies have shown that ergonomics is the most effective safety tool except to Behavior Based Safety plan, and ergonomic programs can also well improve workers' productivity and have a higher return on capital.

Enterprise promoting ergonomics does not necessarily need to have ergonomics experts’ intervention. Abroad and our practice shows that as long as we master a certain knowledge, the enterprise can encourage font‐line workers, by brainstorming, through some small improvements, then it can effectively control ergonomic risk, to reduce such kind damages.

This course make trainees grasp of the ergonomic improvement methods and risk assessment methods to achieve the goal of carrying out independent ergonomic program through cases and exercises.
